GRACE Cooperative, UCH, launches Premium Drinking Table Water Brand… Tasked on greater revenue drive.
Grace CICS Multi-ventures , University College Hospital, Ibadan at its annual general meeting 2021 today launched its first table water brand as part of its efforts to provide people with a portable, convenient, sanitary water to drink on the go.
Speaking through the Deputy Chairman (MAC), Clinical Services, Dr. Taiwo Soyinka, the Chief Medical Director of UCH, Prof. Jesse Otegbayo admonished the society’s executives to further seek for ways to expand its profit so as to attract more members.
He explained that cooperative societies are key in his staff welfare policy stating that they help alleviate the welfare of staff in many ways.
“Most people join cooperatives because they want to have something to fall back on and be met at the point of their need.
What we are witnessing here today is innovation. Grace CICS has leveraged on the UCH brand to improve the everyday life of people with its clean, sparkling and portable 75cl table water and that’s what its members deserve to experience.”
Otegbayo expressed the belief that the profit that accrues from the sales will increase the dividends accruable to the members.
He also enjoined other societies to emulate the gesture and meet consumer needs via their products and services.
