INTRODUCTION
The Private Suites Dental Center was commissioned in December 2005 and commenced operations formally in 2008. The center reports to the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee, who is also the Chairman of Private Suites Management Committee. Private Suites Dental Center is located within the premises of UCH Dental Centre, adjacent to the UCH main gate. It consists of 5 well-furnished suites with state-of-the-art dental chairs and Periapical X-ray machines.
Private Suites Dental is the center for Dental Implantology of the University College Hospital. It has modern digital Orthopantomogram with Cephalometry radiograph facilities. There is an advanced restorative laboratory unit for all dental restorative procedures with kits for blood sugar test among others.
The following categories of staff are committed to serve at the Private Suites Dental Center: Administrator-in-charge, Dental Surgery Technicians, and Dental technologists, Dental Nurses, Clerical Officers and Health Assistants. They all render support to the Consultants who carry out various specialists’ procedures at the Center. All cases at the Center are day cases.

CONSULTATION
The Center opens for consultation from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 4 pm, but till the last patient is discharged. The Center does not accommodate on-the-job training of medical/para-medical students. Consultation is at the Consultants’ and Patients’ convenience. The Private Suites Dental Center is designed for all who desire and can afford Private Suites Dental services through unequaled, sound professionals.
Till date, the Center has about 1,000 registered patients.
